Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Free Standard Shipping is offered for all orders over $59 USD (after discounts, before tax).
All delivery time frames are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination and local customs clearance.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
When your order ships, a Shipping Confirmation Email will follow with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Bazipapa is not responsible for any additional charges such as tariffs, duties, or taxes collected during or after shipping.

Damages
We take every effort to ensure your order arrives safely.
However, Bazipapa is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bazipapa.com, so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items.
Lost Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Bazipapa cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 days, please reach out to us at support@bazipapa.com with your order details so we can help investigate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed automatically once placed.
Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have entered the fulfillment stage.
If you need urgent assistance, please contact us immediately at support@bazipapa.com, and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before checkout.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@bazipapa.com.
Once the parcel has shipped, we cannot change the address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Re-delivery may take 7–60 business days, and refunds cannot be issued during this period.
