However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused, unmarked, and with all original tags attached.

  • Returned in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items marked as Final Sale, customized or personalized items, or gift cards are non-returnable.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer care team at support@bazipapa.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send your package back to the address on your original shipping label without prior confirmation, as it may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@bazipapa.com, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our confirmation, please reach out to us at support@bazipapa.com.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase following the steps above, and then place a new order for the desired item.


Policy Rights

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above or show signs of use, wear, stains, or damage.
Bazipapa also reserves the right to limit or decline service in cases of suspected return policy abuse.
